RULES ON HOW TO JOIN

Hi guys! Sorry for the short disappearance, I decided to take a couple weeks vacation, but I’m back to resume modding activity. Now that the New Year and most of the vacations have passed, I think it’s a good time to start planning the first contest for the club.

So! Without further do! Here are the rules for the Club ID contest!

) Twin-themed, duh, I know, I know, but we need a club ID. No yaoi please! (we might have a yaoi themed one in the future if you guys want it, but this one reflect the club and needs to cater to both yaoi lovers and not).
) So… it needs to say “Twin Oversoul Club” and “Club for the Asakura twin fans” or something along those lines. The “Twin Oversoul Club” is a must, tho. The other one you can pick.
) Pg-13 and lower. So, no full nudity or excessive violence. And no gore!
) Both twins need to be there, of course. No one else but the twins!
) You can upload more than one entry, or variations of the same picture. The final voting will be for the picture, but the prize goes to the best author.


There will be 3 prizes (1st, 2nd and 3rd) and the winners get to pick which prize artists they want. For this round they will be , and

CONTEST ENDS ON THE 1ST DAY OF APRIL!!!

This is the extension, so no more... well, maybe a day or two, but DEFINITELY no more than that!

Ps: I’ll be sending mails to you guys to remind you of the contest every week or just when I feel like it, so try to keep up with it!

HOW DO I JOIN?
a) Send a note asking to join (or answer the invites we send!).
b) Devwatch us.
c) Put an icon of the club in your journal! The only thing better than publicity is free publicity~

<sub>For those that don't know how to add icon to their journal let me give you an example:

I JUST LIKE/KNOW/MADE FANART OF ONE OF THEM…!
Not a problem! You don’t need to know them all. It’s more than enough with you liking/making fanart of one of them. The club will be pleased to host:

Pictures of the twins together (in any way, shape or form).
Individual pictures of the twins all by themselves.
Group pictures, as long as both of the twins are there.

_{Sorry, but we won’t be accepting pics of the twins with any other pairing (like Yoh/Anna or Hao/OC, unless both of the twins are into that relationship –like with Yoh/Anna/Hao pics-)}

SUBMITTING
To have your art submitted here we’d appreciate it if you guys would send the club a note with a link to the pics. They will provably be submitted in random order, sorted out by computer. If you are a member, we won't favourite your work, remember that. The amount of deviations will be directly proportional to how many submissions we get, but calculate about 2 deviations a week. Scraps will be uploaded whenever we feel like it… And anything not coloured/inked/shaded will be considered scrap.

HOW DO I GET TO BE A FEATURED DEVIATION?
You get to be a featured deviation by default when you win a contest. Said deviation will be featured until the next contest is won, and we’d like to try having contest every 2 months, but we’ll see how that goes. Also, winners of contest and contest participants will have their own folders in our galleries :3

JOINAGE = SUBMITTING HERE
That’s right… We’re not asking you to draw anything for the club if you are a lurker or anything (but it’s appreciated~) the point is, that if you already have any pic of any of the twins, by joining you are giving us permission to submit your stuff here, too. That means that if we go trough your gallery and find something that can be used here, we'll upload it. we'll provably ask first, but if we don't, it's because we assume you read the rules and knew about this one beforehand.
YOU NOTE US IF YOU WANT YOUR PIC UP
We are only going to be looking through your galleries looking for something to post up if we are very bored. If you want to make sure your pic will end up here, you NOTE us and we’ll add it to the list. If you don't, it won't, kapeesh?

PLEASE, WHEN YOU NAME YOUR DEVIATION

When you name your deviation, don't call it "Hao" or "Yoh" or “Asakura twins”. You have no idea how many deviations with those names we will end up getting, and you’ll see that title a billion times , so for your own sake, be original!

YOU WANT IT DOWN, YOU GOTTA FIND IT
If by any chance you delete your whole gallery and want your deviations to be taken off the club as well, you’ll have to look through the club's gallery and give us links for it yourself.  

NO BASHING
If we get flamers, we ignore them. If someone tries to pick up a fight, we ignore them. Let no blow come from our side of the ring! Just let us know and we’ll hide their comments.

On another unrelated note, you might receive notes informing you on the current contest held and updates on the club. You don't have to read them if they don't interest you, but it's advised. If you don't want to read them, you can simply delete them without opening them, if we want to address you on a particular matter, they will be titled "personal note to *your username*"
